Truck Country is one of the largest Freightliner dealerships in the United States, serving customers at 12 different locations in Iowa and Wisconsin. A family-run business, Truck Country is a division of The McCoy Group founded by Robert McCoy in Shullsburg, Wisconsin.

For more than 55 years, Truck Country has had a large focus on vocational trucks, and one of their most popular trucks today is the durable Freightliner 114SD.

"The Freightliner 114SD is a favorite among customers because of the reliability and durability it offers," said Chris Bertagnoli of Truck Country. "We consistently have customers praise the design, performance and comfort of the Freightliner 114SD, and that speaks volumes. The Freightliner 114SD is the best of its kind, and Freightliner dealers offer their customers stellar service. I’m proud to be part of this family."

The Freightliner 114SD features a rugged single-channel rail with 120,000 psi of tensile strength. Optional frame inner and outer rail liners are available for the most demanding applications. A product of thoughtful engineering, the steel-reinforced aluminum cab of the 114SD provides a platform with optimum durability, comfort and hauling capacity. The 114SD also is available with a wide range of options to meet specific work requirements in nearly every segment.

The components, systems and entire 114SD truck platform have been subjected to an array of virtual and physical tests to ensure these trucks deliver the expected functionality, performance and reliability. The result is a durable and safe cab that meets stringent A-pillar impact, rollover and back wall impact tests. Plus, the vocational chassis backbone includes a complete offering of single- and double-channel frame rails.
